Plain-English terms for buying a Kaevor charger and having it installed. No fine-print surprises.
How your charger is installed
Your charger is installed by an independent licensed electrician, not by Kaevor. You pay the electrician directly for the installation and any extra electrical work — Kaevor does not pay them and takes no part of their fee. You are free to arrange your own licensed electrician instead.
In short: an independent licensed electrician installs your charger, and you pay them directly for that work. Kaevor pays them nothing and takes no part of their fee, so it never inflates what an electrician would otherwise charge you. You are always free to arrange your own licensed electrician.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You buy your charger directly from Kaevor, so Kaevor is the supplier that stands behind these guarantees — they apply on top of any voluntary warranty and cannot be excluded.
